For EPCs, contractors and suppliers

By the time a project makes the news, the work is already spoken for.

Scattered Texas and Louisiana filings, turned into one project with the owner, value, location and contractors worked out.

Plants, power projects and data centers start as an air permit, a grid request or a tax filing, years before the bid list. We match those filings into one project, trace the project LLC to the company behind it, pull out the value and location, and keep adding what gets filed next.

The engine

Scattered filings in. One project out.

A permit on its own is a form. The work is matching it to the other filings for the same project, finding who is behind it and pulling out what a BD team needs.

  1. 01CollectEvery new filing from federal, Texas and Louisiana agencies, checked on a schedule.
  2. 02MatchFilings from different agencies (air permit, building registration, grid request, tax filing, federal docket) matched into one project record, duplicates merged.
  3. 03ResolveThe LLC on the filing traced to the real owner and, when a record shows it, the parent company; EPC or GC named when a filing names one.
  4. 04ExtractValue, capacity, location, project type and sector pulled from the filing text and typed.
  5. 05VerifyStage and next deadline set, every fact tied to its source filing, and only checked projects reach the database.

18,099 filings matched; 1,987 projects combine two or more filings; 1,130 duplicate records merged.

The solution

One page per project. Every fact linked to its filing.

Collected early
We read the agencies on a schedule and start the project record at its first permit or grid request.
Resolved
Project LLCs traced to the company behind them, and the builder named when a record does.
Matched into one record
Later filings land on the same project, so you watch it move from permit to construction.
Verified and cited
Every fact cited. Estimates are labeled and show their math.

The problem

The early signal exists. It is just unreadable.

01 · Scattered

Dozens of agency systems

Air permits, grid queues, building registrations and federal dockets. Each agency has its own site, format and search.

03 · Late

News and bid lists come last

By the press release, the owner has picked its engineers and favorite contractors. The time to get on the list is years earlier.

Live now · Texas and Louisiana

Starting on the Gulf Coast, where the building is. More states next.

Texas: air permits, the ERCOT grid queue, building registrations and federal dockets. Louisiana: industrial permits and federal dockets.
